Prior to founding Bibi Roy Relationship Management, Bibi had a successful career in Banking and Wealth Management. She joined Midland Bank in 1988 as a cashier and progressed to Customer Service Advisor, Sales Team leader, Operations and Audit Manager, Commercial Specialist and Head of Foreign and Securities. Midland Bank was then acquired by the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation, (now known as HSBC).

With the introduction of Premium Banking Services for high net worth clients, Bibi became one of the first Premier Relationship Managers in Central London, inheriting clients from HSBC Private Bank, British Bank of The Middle East, Republic Bank of New York and CCF. Using an holistic approach, establishing background and source of wealth, she worked with regulated onshore and offshore independent financial advisors to provide bespoke solutions including savings and investments, protection and insurance, estate planning, trusts and wills, complex multicurrency residential lending and mortgages. Bibi was one of the first Premier Managers to launch HSBC’s International Premier Banking proposition, enabling clients to use a single platform to access and link all of their global Premier accounts and developed several of HSBC’s executive employee packages for retail corporates.
